Sensation play doesn’t require special equipment — most of what you need is already in your kitchen or bathroom. Here’s a menu to pick from.
Warm
A warm (not hot) washcloth, warmed massage oil, or your own hands after rubbing them together. Test temperature on your own wrist first, always.
Cool
A chilled metal spoon, a cool glass, or fingertips fresh from cold water. Cool sensations wake up the skin fast — start light.
Tingle
Fingertips trailing lightly, a soft-bristle brush, or breath against skin. Subtle, and often more intense than people expect.
Soft scratch
Blunt nails dragged lightly — never breaking skin — down the back or arms. Ask first; this one reads very differently depending on the person.
Move slowly between sensations and check in as you go. The fun is in the contrast, not the intensity.
